No. If you're confident you'll love the materials, then order the room to get started right away. You'll still receive the same cost savings when you order the materials through us, whether you order the box or not.
Not always. Materials are subject to substitution based on a products availability, affordability and the protection of initial client privacy. We keep our products up to date based on availability, and will replace with an alternative if an item becomes out of stock or unavailable during the process of an order.
We accept payment using Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as through Paypal and Apple Pay.
When placing material orders through us, we accept all of the above payment methods. Direct payment through online banking can also be arranged by request.
Yes. The amount paid for the Specification Package can be applied to the cost of your materials if you decide to order through us.
Order Customization
No. You can select the products you’d like to order and opt-out of the ones you don’t want to order.
When ordering materials through us, you are welcome to substitute materials from the different rooms we have available, and our staff work with you to accommodate your requests.
Alternatively, our Specification Packages include purchasing information for each material in only their specified finishes, however you are welcome to make substitutions on your own when purchasing.
When you order directly through The Room Archives, you will not be able to change the colour of an item. However, when you purchase a Specification Package, you will be able to select other colours and finishes by ordering through the supplier yourself.
We understand that, sometimes, mistakes happen. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made to your order once your payment has been processed, please get in touch with our customer service staff and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping
Standard delivery times do vary, but you can expect Canadian orders to arrive within 5-7 business days.
We ship our sample boxes within Canada and the United States. Our Specification Packages are digital downloads so they’re available worldwide.
Currently, we are only able to assist in securing an entire room's materials for Canadian customers.
We are proud to offer free shipping on all our sample boxes, and our Specification Packages are delivered by email as a digital download.
While we are unable to extend free shipping to the ordering of materials, we can work with you to arrange delivery or pickup options that best fit your schedule.
You can order boxes and Specification Packages, but we are unable to help you source your materials and assist with your delivery. Specification Packages provide information for Canadian suppliers only.
Builders and Contractors
Yes, absolutely. Purchase the Specification Package for a room and you’ll receive all the material and purchasing information needed for your builder/contractor to order the materials directly.
